To do this yourself, cut a strip of paper and wrap it around your wrist. Adjust it to your desired size and cut the paper then, measure it. This dimension will be used to make your bracelet.

No. We do not use other silver or gold to make your jewelry.

All our silver jewelry pieces are made with high quality 925 sterling silver, which contains 7.5% of copper and 92.5% of silver. This is so because pure silver is somewhat soft and copper is added to make it stronger and harder. Other alloys that can be added to silver include zinc, platinum, germanium, boron and silicon.

We provide a refund once we receive the jewelry back. We need to check if everything is good with the product, and if all instructions are compiled by the customer. We issue a full refund minus shipping fees (if applied). 

Yes, you can exchange a ring within 21 days after delivery date. The customer should cover the price difference if a new product price is higher. We will refund the difference in case the price of a new ring is lower.  The custom should send the 1st item back. The customer should cover shipping fees from Indonesia of a new item.
