  • We offer free repairs anytime after purchase for any manufacturing issues (production defects). If the problem arises within 90 days, we'll cover the shipping and handling costs, otherwise, it will be at the customer's expense.
  • In the case of natural wear and tear, such as cleaning, polishing, securing loose stones, fixing prongs, or refreshing oxidation, we are delighted to offer free repairs at any time after purchase. If the issue occurs within 90 days, we'll cover the shipping and handling costs, otherwise, it will be at the customer's expense.
  • For instances of improper use, dents, major scratches, damages, broken stones due to impact, or contact with chemicals that may damage the jewelry materials, we can provide repairs, but the repair and shipping costs will be chargeable at any time.

After we receive your item, we'll take a close look within 2 business days and figure out which category your case falls into. We'll then reach out to you with a plan of action that we believe will work best.
