Ready-to-ship items ship out within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items will ship within 2-3 weeks (around 15 business days) as they made just for you unless otherwise noted. We provide EXPRESS WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all items in our shop. All items ship via EMS (Express Mail Service) or DHL. It includes tracking number for all packages.
We need your full name and contact phone number for delivery. DHL doesn't accept parcels if this information is incomplete. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Express delivery normally takes approximately 3-6 days to USA, Canada; 3-9 days to Europe. Please note that delivery time may vary and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by mail service.

We accept returns within 21 days of date of delivery and provide return for full refund (minus the shipping fees) if you are not completely satisfied. The item must be shipped within 21 days of date of delivery and returned in the same condition as when shipped with all original packaging, tags and papers. The buyer is responsible for postage for the returned item unless it is deemed defective by BlackTreeLab. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

BlackTree follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
