RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• All returns are carried out through our online returns portal.
• We accept returns within 21 days after you received the parcel.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
• If you’re in US, you will receive the shipping label via email once your return request is confirmed.
• Please, give us around 3-9 business days for the US customers and 3 weeks for all other countries to receive and inspect the jewelry.
• We need to check if everything is right with the item and if all instructions are fulfilled before issuing the refund.
• Any shipping fees or custom taxes are not subject to refund.
• Allow us 2 business days to process the refund after we notify you about the arriving of the package.
• After your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
• Cancellation of the order is possible within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

The following items are not subject for refunds or exchanges:
• Custom, customized items and jewelry with engravings;
• Worn, damaged jewelry and jewelry without the original box;
• Gift cards.

We will contact you by email to provide the details once we receive an exchange request from you.
• Exchanges will be processed within 5-21 business days of receiving the return item. The time varies depending on the time needed for the master to make a new jewelry item for you.
• For the ring sizes fixing, allow us around 5 business days to ship a new ring back to you after receiving your parcel.
• Shipping costs for the new item are on you.
