The ring is gorgeous and perfect, but the limited shipping options were a bit frustrating. They don't ship to P.O. boxes, so I had to plan to be home to make sure it wasn't stolen. Wish I had known that prior to purchasing.

The design and craftsmanship standard, the stone hues and the customer service of this company is absolutely excellent. I could happily buy almost every ring this business has to offer! I can't recommend BlackTreeLab enough, as an overseas buyer this says a lot. The other ring in this photo is also from here, and it's one of the fire opal rings. I wear them as a set, a promise ring and engagement ring - perfect.

The ring is absolutely beautiful!!! However, what was even better is the service I have received. I unfortunately ordered the ring in wrong size and the seller went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I had no issues communicating as the seller was always responsive. They were also very clear with the process and what needed to be done. This ring is absolutely beautiful. Exactly as pictured and the personalization is lovely. Their sizing seems perfect-other reviews have mentioned they can run a but small, but I did not notice this. The details are so cool, it's more solid than I expected and has a nice feel and weight to it. The set looks awesome together as well. So happy to have found this ring. The shipping took a while (under 2 weeks I believe), but it literally came from the other side of the world so that's not bad at all! The stone is lovely and it is clearly high quality and handmade. If you are considering this ring, just make the jump, you will love it.
