Shipping policy

3-6 business days to USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, Africa, Middle East;
5-9 business days to Europe.

Delivery time may vary and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by mail service.

Each piece comes in a gift box. All orders will be sent in special bags for protection and safe travels.
Please, be informed that the contact phone number of the recipient is required for Express delivery.

Limitations:
• Express Delivery Companies do not accept PO Box, APO and FPO addresses. Please, provide another address for delivery.
• Due to current political situation, currently we can’t ship to Ukraine and Belarus.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders. You will receive an automatic email notification with a tracking number once the order is shipped. If you didn’t receive any email notification within stated production time, please, check your “Spam” folder or contact us about the package status.

We strongly recommend all customers to monitor the shipping progress of the orders.For your convenience, you can check the shipping status on our website - Track Your Order.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

BlackTreeLab cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

If your package is listed as delivered but missing, follow these steps:

• Check the address you entered upon checkout - it is a buyer's responsibility to check the correct shipping address for every order;
• Check your side door and your yard, ask your neighbours or family members;
• Contact us regarding the missing package and confirm the shipping carrier;
• Call your shipping carrier to see if they still hold the package. If not, they are able to provide the exact GPS coordinates and time of the delivery;
• File the missing package claim with the the shipping carrier;
• File the missing package with the local police station.

We are not responsible for the missing packages if they are marked as "delivered". They cannot be refunded or replaced unless the buyer provides both the police report and the shipping carrier report of the missing package.
