We accept Visa, Master, Discovery, American Express cards through PayPal from anywhere in the world. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment.

If you are registered with PayPal, you can pay using PayPal Express checkout. 

All credit card payments on BlackTreeLab website are 100% safe and covered with PayPal Buyer Protection. Payments are handled through PayPal secure website. We do not store nor process any of your credit card or other financial data.

BlackTreeLab will never share your contact details with any other company or person.

Custom Duties 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. 

When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

Shipping

We provide FREE Express worldwide shipping for all items in our shop. All items ship via EMS (Express Mail Service) and DHL Express. It includes tracking number for all packages.

Ready-to-ship items ship out within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items will ship within 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days) as they made just for you unless otherwise noted. 

Please send us a message if you need a rush order, we will see what we can do. Your package will be sent as soon as the item(s) are ready. 

Express Delivery takes:

3-6 days to USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, Africa, Middle East;

3-9 days to Europe. 

Delivery time may vary and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by mail service.

Each piece comes in a gift box. All orders will be sent in special bags for protection and safe travels.

Please, be informed that contact phone number of the recipient is required for Express delivery. 

Please, contact us if your address contains PO Box, APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office).

Returns

Satisfaction Guaranteed - We accept returns within 21 days of date of delivery and provide return for full refund if you are not completely satisfied. The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped with all original packaging, tags and papers.  

The buyer is responsible for postage fees for the returned item unless it is deemed defective by BlackTreeLab. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

*We don't accept returns on custom design orders.

Missing Delivery

All BlackTreeLab orders include tracking numbers. We strongly recommend all customers to monitor the shipping progress of the orders using this tracking link at our website: https://blacktreelab.co/apps/tracktor/track. If you have any problems or questions on checking the tracking status, please contact us immediately at help@blacktreelab.co, and we will be glad to assist you. 

BlackTreeLab cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Warranty

All our jewelry pieces have a lifetime guarantee on them except in cases where the jewelry gets damaged permanently as a result of using the jewelry wrongly or attempting to repair it in other shops. Regardless of what happens, we will do our best to resolve any problem you may have with your jewelry.
