I ordered my Vivienne ring set on Nov 1 and it was delivered to Canada in 3 weeks! I’m pretty happy with the item, it is beautiful and unique. They answered most of my questions via email in about 2 days on average. BTL uses DHL express for delivery, which is great news because Canada Post is on strike and I wouldn’t have gotten my package in time otherwise! It was easy to track the whole way from Indonesia.
The ring set is very beautiful. The yellow gold is lighter in colour than other gold rings, so that threw me off at first. The opal is pretty and shines different colours (blue, green, red). The engraving on the inside is in bold print font, instead of cursive, which is what I expected. It is easier to read than cursive, which is a benefit.
Overall, I’m happy with BlackTreeLab and I would order jewelry from then again.
