Triple Moon Moonstone Bridal Set "Soma" — Ring and Curved Band

Moonstone Bridal Set with a Curved Band That Nests Against the Engagement Ring
The moon changes shape and comes back. That is most of what the triple moon means, and it is why the symbol has outlived nearly every tradition that borrowed it — it describes something that keeps happening, not something that happened once. A good thing to put on a wedding ring.
Soma is a moonstone bridal set in oxidized 925 sterling silver: a triple moon engagement ring with an 8×4 mm marquise rainbow moonstone, and a curved nesting band shaped to sit against it.
Why it is sold as a set
A triple moon ring set only works if the second ring is drawn to the first. The band is contoured, 3 mm wide, and its curve follows the outline of the engagement ring, so the two meet along their whole length with no gap between them. A straight band beside a marquise stone leaves a wedge of empty space; a curved one does not.
The band is not plain, either. It carries the same botanical work as the engagement ring — sculpted leaves, branches, bark texture — and one small star set into the silver. Stacked, the star sits below the moons and reads with them: a night sky assembled from two rings.
The engagement ring
The moonstone is the full moon, with a silver crescent to either side of it, so waxing, full and waning read across the back of the hand. Underneath, the band is botanical: bark texture with small sculpted leaves carried into the shoulders.
The stone is a marquise cabochon — a pointed oval with a smooth domed top rather than facets. The dome keeps the blue flash as one moving sheen instead of breaking it into points, so the ring changes as the hand moves and sits quiet when it is still.
The wedding band
Narrow, 3 mm, same oxidized finish, same leaves and bark texture, so stacked the two read as a single piece. The star is the detail that only makes sense as part of the pair — on its own it is a small silver star on a branch; under the engagement ring it belongs to the same sky as the moons.
The symbol
The engagement ring is a triple goddess ring in the strict sense: waxing crescent, full moon and waning crescent, read in Wiccan and neopagan practice as Maiden, Mother and Crone, and more broadly as beginning, fullness and knowing. It belongs as naturally to a handfasting as to a registry office, which is why it works equally as a witchy bridal set and as a conventional one.
How it is made
Both rings start as hand-sculpted wax models in our own workshop, are cast in 925 sterling silver and finished individually. Made to order, 15 business days. Lifetime warranty.
Some people wear the engagement ring alone for the first year and add the band at the wedding. Some take the pair at once. Either way both rings are made to the same size and finished together, so they meet the way the design intended rather than approximately — and the star finds its moons.
