First , the customer service I experienced was absolutely the best I've ever had on Etsy. They were in contact with me the same day I made the purchase. I added a note asking for a moonstone that had a nice amount of “flash” to it and not only did they respond, they allowed me to choose the stone from three they had available. I was sent a video of my completed ring the same day it shipped.
Shipping was super fast and secure.
The ring more than met my expectations and is so beautiful! The setting is so unique and holds the (stunning!) moonstone securely in place. The little flowers, vines and butterfly are detailed and well balanced. The workmanship is superb.
